And a small guide to learn how to say no and don´t feel bad about it.

Let`s play a game: during today, carry with you a paper and a pencil, try to be conscious of your negative thoughts. Each time you have self-deprecating or reproachful thoughts, write them down. At the day’s end, check all you have written down.

Analyze what you have written and if people next to you see you the same way. I think it’s time to switch your buddies.

Being too self-critical of yourself is not uncommon (we all are). But usually, the people around us see us better than we see ourselves, that’s precisely why they are our friends.

It happened to me the other way around.

I discovered that people around me thought I was a worse person than I thought I was years ago. When this happens to you, you think, “If everyone thinks I’m the worst, it’s because I am.”

I will tell you something politically incorrect: if you have people around you who think you are worthless and will not leave your side, it is because they get some benefit from you.

Good people have a blindfold. We think that everyone deep down is good, and they are not.

It took me a long time to realize this.
