3 Lessons You Learn When You Have a Crappy Day
1- Don’t try to solve a problem when you are nervous.
I had a rotten day today.
Every morning I get up, meditate, do yoga and open my bedroom door to take a shower. But today, as soon as I opened the door, the universe started striking me.
It has been a tough day with screaming, arguments, and anxiety.
But I have learned from everything, and I have decided to do something productive with everything that has happened to me and write this article to share the valuable lessons I have learned.
