I often think about readers when I write because they`re the ones that make sense of my writing. I don´t know how or when I become a writer. The fact is that I enjoy so much typing on my laptop every night to communicate my thoughts to strangers.

Confess my shits to strangers.

Perhaps that`s the reason for me to write.

I had a friend that always said: none is weird enough to be alone on this planet. He was right. There are persons like you, perhaps not in your circle but on the internet. And that´s why I feel so comfortable writing. For a moment when I write, I have the sensation of not being alone in my loneliness.

Writing is therapy, and today I want to share five writing exercises that are powerful in healing your daily stress.
