Dear Grief I need you to lose my number hahaha

Dear Grief 
Holding on to my heart, squeezing.
I’m gasping for air. 
Saturating my soul as powerful and destructive as a tsunami. 
Watching helplessly as life as I know it is swept away. 
Engulfing and overpowering my whole being. 
Squeezing harder, I scream and writhe in anguish but grief doesn’t hear. 
I look for an escape, there is none.
It is not my time yet. I wonder when…
