I have experienced it once in high intensity and as you say, it is love. A love that can destroy you because of how intense it feels. For me it was a catharsis of forgiving something that I thought was unforgivable, and I was enveloped by a feeling that ran through my body from the nape of my neck to my legs and then to my head like a drug that made me lose the limits of my body and merge with the whole. Only for a few seconds that for me were an eternity.
