I once worked in a multinational company that instead of humiliating and exploiting workers, treated them with respect.

If a boss raised his voice to an employee, the boss was fired.

Being in that company felt like going to high school.

Same work day, same good vibes.

They didn't pay much, they made up for it with good treatment.

The owner once invited all of us sales reps on his private plane to spend the day in Italy.

The company I am referring to is the first in its sector.

It has no competition. Because its employees are always ready to do for the company what it does for them, to give 100%.

Another friend of mine works in a company like this, but in the insurance sector. There they even pay for the treatments to quit smoking, or the Gym.

That company has no competition in its sector either.

Moral: the companies (which are the majority) that treat their workers badly, will never be leaders in their sector.

I am very happy to read you, my friend. I hope everything is going well for you.
