I think what happens is that people perceive that they have already won. Workers forgot the achievements of the working class.

We have achieved everything by protesting. But rich make us believe that it never worked.

I liked your concept of the pornification of society. For me, it's like the fable of the frog,

Put a frog in boiling water, and it will jump out. Put a frog in a pot of lukewarm water and gradually increase the heat. And it will fall asleep while being cooked without realizing it.

I think that is what they are doing to our brains with pornification. They are boiling us like the frog.
