In my case I have learned to trust.
That is to say, I consider that the subconscious is where the excess of information that my mind cannot store in the foreground is stored.
So there is more data in my subconscious, than in my conscious part.
And we have the survival mode installed by default in the subconscious.
Then, everything that the subconscious tells me is oriented to do well, and is based on data that my conscious part does not have.
In addition, it tends to be reiterative in the signals it sends me. And also in the end I end up doing things that I did not want to do, like fixing things with my family, but that time has shown that they were the right way.
