Many times having well-founded reasons to be offended is not productive. It is much better to know how to adapt and give in, so that no one has a reason to bother you.

Example.

You are right about something, and a family member tells you that you are not.

The best thing is not get into an argument with your family member (even if you are right)

Because then you won't spend the afternoon arguing.
