Thank you very much for sharing your story with me. I was touched.

The demons never leave. And the worst thing is to believe so.

For example, now I am very stable and I don't have anxiety, nor do I feel like I'm missing out on something by not doing the crazy things I used to do.

But I know that those demons are silent killers that are waiting for any crack to slip through: a beer, a cigarette, whatever.

They are always inside.

Sometimes I say we play hide and seek with them.

But we can continue without having our lives ruined if we do not forget that they are observing us
