They say the world is too complex to fix with simple solutions. But I think the "complex" thing in the world is to agree to apply a simple solution.
To stop hating is a simple act, yet it is not done, and that is why racism continues.
To stop voting for corrupt politicians is as simple as not doing it. But corrupt parties continue to be voted for and therefore have power over the people.
Applying the earth's resources to benefit the majority instead of increasing the wealth of the few is the obvious choice. But we continue to praise the technocrats and plutocrats.
Knowing what to do is simple. What is complicated is making it happen.
Because the 1% divides us (the 99%), but once we unite, we will see that everything was easy than the powerful wanted us to believe.
Fear is used to keep us from moving. To control us.
The simple thing is to decide, not to fear anymore, and to speak out. Every voice counts. Every act adds up.
