Well look, you can do it like when you're a kid and you get into the adult pool, little by little down the stairs, or have a partner throw you into the cold pool of letting go :-)
This second thing happened to me. It was a cathartic moment. I left some money to a relative. I didn't get it back. He told me to fuck off, laughed at me. And I almost had a stroke.
I realized that the only way to go on with my life was to let go of that anger, that rage, and forgive that family member who didn't deserve it.
In doing so, something happened in my life, I don't know how to explain it. But I will tell you that if I lost 1 a year, I had gained 10 times the amount that I was owed. And that's where the gratitude comes in, and the video game screens.
Surely in your life, there is some topic that you can't deal with: a complicated family member, a bad boss. Some resentment with a friend, etc.
If you are able to let go of that resentment, then letting go and surrendering to the rest of things will be a piece of cake.
And when you discover that you've passed the video game screen in doing so and blessings start to fall on you, obviously, you'll start to be grateful even for the difficulties. Because you know that they are chests that hold treasures.
I hope my answer helps you, and thank you for reading.
