Yes, it is my way of making sense of more than a decade of excesses and sins. I've come so close to ending it all too many times. And I understand that there are people who are going through the same thing, and have those same dark thoughts. And for me, writing this is like testifying that you can get ahead, even if it doesn't seem like it.

Yes. I tried to heal alone, I used all the spiritual traditions. And in the end, God, saved me, in both formats, Protestant and Catholic. In fact, I still go to two masses every Sunday, one Catholic Franciscan and one Evangelical.
